I offer in-office and online counseling and enjoy helping individuals, couples, and families strengthen their relationships and achieve their goals. I have an integrated counseling approach, based primarily in cognitive-behavioral therapy. My approach is also influenced by team dynamics research, which, I believe, is key to happy and successful families and relationships. When meeting in an office has it's challenges, I offer online counseling as an effective alternative. I offer a warm and empathetic environment, while empowering you.
